The theme of this conference is "Opportunities for Developing Construction Manufacturing Circulation", attracting more than 500 elites from large steel enterprises, terminal enterprises, and trading enterprises from all over the country to gather together in the upstream and downstream steel industry chain, to monitor market development trends and discuss industry development plans together.

During the keynote speech, Guan Zhijie, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Metallurgical Industry Planning and Research Institute and Director of the Steel Rolling Department, delivered a speech titled "Current Situation of Demand for Key Varieties of Building Steel and Analysis of Supply and Demand of Xinjiang Steel". He analyzed the development status of the steel industry, the current demand status of key varieties of building steel, and the supply and demand of steel in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. He stated that although the current demand for real estate has not significantly recovered, driven by projects such as oil extraction, oil and gas pipeline construction, infrastructure, and wind and solar power, it is expected that the demand for steel in Xinjiang Autonomous Region will slightly increase in 2023.
Hu Yuke, Executive Vice President of the Building Steel Structure Branch of the China Building Metal Structure Association and Deputy Secretary General of the National Steel Structure Building Industry Manufacturing Working Committee, delivered a wonderful speech under the theme of "Interpretation of the Development of Prefabricated Building Steel Structures in China". He introduced policy trends, market trends, and other aspects. He believes that the potential for the promotion and application of steel structures in the western region is enormous, especially due to the weak carrying capacity of environmental resources in Xinjiang, which is suitable for the promotion of steel structure integrated houses and modular houses. In the future, the steel structure production capacity will also go out and step on the broad stage of the the Belt and Road construction.
Qian Min, Vice President of Zhengda Pipe Manufacturing Group, delivered a speech titled "Development and Brand Strategy of the Steel Pipe Industry". She introduced the development trends of the steel industry, challenges faced by the steel trade industry, and future development trends. She stated that currently, both the steel and steel pipe industries may be transitioning from incremental development to a high-quality development stage of tapping into existing resources.
Ding Jianping, Brand Director of Shandong Guanzhou Co., Ltd., delivered a speech under the theme of "Development Report on High end Enclosure System and Coating Plate Application". He gave a detailed introduction to the development history of Guanzhou Co., Ltd., the commercial status of Guanzhou Green Boutique Board, as well as the characteristics of its leading products and core technologies.
Chen Xiangdong, President of Xinjiang Construction Engineering Quality Association and Director of China Construction Xinjiang Construction Engineering Technology Center, delivered a speech titled "Prospects and Needs Interpretation of the Development of Xinjiang Prefabricated Construction Industry". He stated that in 2022, Xinjiang will vigorously promote prefabricated buildings and build 6 national level prefabricated building industry bases. The cumulative newly built prefabricated building area is about 21 million square meters, and prefabricated buildings account for over 20% of the newly built building area. By 2025, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new construction area will reach 30%.
